We have created the SIBO Meal Plans to make lifeeasieron you, not harder, so we want to keep you out of the kitchen as much as possible. We use leftovers for most lunches so you can get on with your day and not worry about preparing a meal at lunchtime. We also show you how to batch cook so you can be economical with your time for breakfast and lunch.

The SIBO Bi Phasic Diet was developed by Dr Nirala Jacobi and is successfully used by thousands of SIBO patients to control their symptoms. It is based off Dr Allison Siebecker’s SIBO Specific Food Guide, which combines elements of the Low FODMAP and Specific Carbohydrate Diets. Because of this, most people will find it suitable for their personal requirements. However, each person is unique and their nutritional requirements will need to be tailored to their own personal requirements so you may need to slightly modify or alter some of the recipes in the SIBO Meal Plan.

The SIBO Meal Plans do use animal based proteins as the protein source. You are welcome to modify the recipes by omitting the animal based protein and swapping it for a plant based protein. Dr Nirala Jacobi is working on a SIBO Bi Phasic Diet protocol specifically for vegetarians and vegans. Once this has been finalised, Rebecca Coomes will hit the kitchen and create SIBO Meal Plans specifically for vegetarians and vegans. Watch this space!

The SIBO Meal Plans are based on theSIBO Bi Phasic Diet food tables. Most recipes can be easily substituted with alternative ingredients, or you can simply omit an ingredient if you cannot eat it. If you find the majority of foods are problematic for you, we recommend you work with a Nutritionist or Dietician who is experienced in SIBO and who can provide you with a completely personalised and tailored nutritional program.     I have been following the low FODMAP diet for about a month and have been prescribed by my doctor to start with Phase 2 of the biphasic plan. Is there a way that I could purchase recipes for just phase 2?
