The Terrorhas built up quite a strong fanbase in the six years since the first season premiered. AMC first expressed interest in bringing the show back in 2020 after two years without a new season, but it wasn't until this year that AMC officially announced the renewal of the series for a third season, bringing frightful joy to the fans of the anthology series.

The miniseries stars Carla Gugino, Bruce Greenwood, Mary McDonnell, Henry Thomas, Kate Siegel, Rahul Kohli, and Samantha Sloyan. Many of these actors have worked with the director and showrunner repeatedly.

Created by David Zabel, a showrunner on the long-running medical drama ER, the show definitely puts a new spin on the Walking Dead Universe and has brought another fan-favorite character, Carol Peletier, played by Melissa McBride, to the show.
