How do I know if AT&T is down in my area? ›

You can report an AT&T internet outage in the Smart Home Manager app or by calling +1-800-288-2020. You can also check an outage map at att.com/outages.

Ensure all cables and cords are connected properly and securely. Confirm you have power. If you have power and the TV receiver is turned on, the power button on the front of the receiver has a green light surrounding it. If you do not have power, move the TV receiver to a working electrical outlet.
